By providing your personal data to our company, you acquire the status of a data subject, who in particular has the right of access and rectification of personal data, right of erasure of personal data, right to restriction of processing personal data, right to data portability, right to object to the processing of personal data (including profiling) and right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling). The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority which is the Office of Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.Personal data will not be published nor provided to recipients in third countries. Profiling of data subjects can only take place in connection with the selection of a suitable candidate for a particular job position. Only in justified cases personal data may be provided to recipients such as the Labour Inspectorate or law enforcement bodies.
The period of validity of the given consent to process the personal data in accordance with Section 6 para (1) letter (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation as a legal basis for the processing is one year from the date of providing such consent.
The data subject has the right to withdraw his or her given consent at any time without affecting the legality of the data processing before withdrawal of such consent. The right of the data subject to withdraw his or her given consent may also be invoked before the expiration of the period for which the consent was provided by following ways:
a) by e-mail send to e-mail adress office@akfu.sk; or
b) by letter send to the egistered office of our law firm AKFU LEGAL s. r. o., Havlíčkova 11A, 811 04 Bratislava with the note “GDPR – Withdrawal of the consent” located on the envelope.
